Since Then, Koji Has Made A Large Client Base Through His Innovative Style and Passion for Food for More Than Two Decades. in 1993, he Opened His Own Restaurant Called "asaka" in Aventura, Florida. Today, he Is Still Proud To Have One of the Few Restaurants With Authentic Japanese Cuisine That Can Bring Culture and Tradition To South Florida.
